Many building designers and architects are bashful about
the subject of fees. We at Nova Design choose not to be.
Our FEES reflect not only our experience and expertise, but also your importance to us as a client and the importance of the details in which you entrust in us.
Our aim is to provide you
with exceptional service. We understand that you expect to pay a reasonable
fee, and no more for that service. We value your patronage, and our reputation.
Our experience is that consumers recognize and appreciate value for money. Therefore, we believe that if we offer real value to you, the necessity to expend your time and ours in concerns about our fees will be largely eliminated.
Each project is unique and requires an extensive degree of information to assess what
will be involved before being able to provide an accurate fee cost to our
clients. This process is impossible to do over the phone.
We can however, provide you with a fixed and accurate indication of our FEES and time for completion once we have further details from you.
Before you even by your land call us and obtain our on site advice which will save you a lot of money in the long run because your choice of land will determine the type of construction you should use.
