Other building design companies have little experience at hands on building and project management. Our clients are the best advertising we have and they all agree, when it comes to the final result, we mean business when it comes to builders.

When Nova designs your project, you have the right to the design use, after all you paid for it.  Unlike project builders or builders in general, who will not allow you to use the plans they drew in order that you can build with someone else!  Once paid for, you have full use of the copyrights at all time. This way, you are free to call for tenders and control your own builder if you wish to do so. This allows you to get as many quotes as you like and you’re not restricted to one builder.

We get your job tendered out and pinned down to the best submission based on quality, good reference and long standing track records before we suggest any contractor should take on your project, or you’re free to do this yourself.

We really have to be very careful so as not to upset some architects with an ego problem.  There are some whose designs, quite frankly, can not be built without extensive engineering design solutions, and others who design buildings which are wasteful of space, wasteful in materials and are more for their own ego boost, than the clients needs.
